Uber needs to have a "no small talk" option when booking. I would absolutely pay extra if I didn't have to listen to someone tell me their entire life story. I'm paying you to drive, that's it.

When you're at Starbucks and try using your gift card, but it doesn't work because it's a Walmart gift card, not a Starbucks one ... at that point, they should just give you the coffee. I mean, you clearly need it more than they do.
