I agree the thymus likely presents all key epitopes for T cell tolerance. But studies based only on transcriptional data without testing each mimetic cell’s role should be viewed cautiously and given lower priority.

Majority of Finns does not approve of the planned tax cuts for the highest income percentiles. I disapprove the planned cuts even though these cuts would and will benefit me directly. I won’t work any more because of them. It is more important to me that my society is equal and supportive. 🇫🇮

COVID doesn’t produce durable immunity which is why it keeps coming in waves.
The public health experts I’ve spoken to about pandemic vs. endemic have basically said it’s a somewhat unhelpful distinction with COVID for that reason.
Also worth noting that there’s broad agreement on indoor air.
