4/5 Key challenge: We need "mediators" - scholars who understand both molecular science AND humanities. Current education systems need updating to bridge this gap. The future demands experts who can speak both languages! 🔬📚

Check out our new open access paper on analysing metabolites of vitamin D in modern and archaeological human hair. A pilot study for sure, but one that demonstrates a world of possibilities in assessing vitamin D health past and present www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Azem: Life's too short to not spend it doing something fun.

Hythlodaeus: I went to my Real Job but I'll 100% bail on it in a hot second to hang.

Emet-Selch: I have deep-seated objections to all of this but also I'm not gonna say no and will in fact provide the car.

100% Ferris Bueller vibes.

They managed to make young Emet-Selch look older too which I support this man was a thousand years old when he was born. His eyes look derpy a bit in this scene though there's times where one pupil is meeting his eyelids and the other isn't.

This thread of 7.2 graphics update ShB Emet-Selch brought to you by the power of how much I love this fucking bastard man, autism, and not having a life. BUT WE AREN'T DONE YET because a new challenger appears, or rather an old one.

The fucking smile. Emet-Selch's complete lack of rancor or resentment. The request only to be remembered. Fuck. Fuck. Fuck. My chest hurts watching this scene always.

Never going to stop sobbing over how much it must fucking hurt here for Emet-Selch with the Exarch's summoning spell in the same configuration as Azem's and the WoL standing in the middle of it to see THAT again after twelve thousand years and just. FUCK.
