I will never regret voting for Democrats, the party who puts forth candidates who will uphold our Democracy, Constitution, and human rights for all. I was taught that the world is a better place when we care about one another rather than celebrating violence and inflicting pain.

So the USA don't actually know who they are killing when striking boats in international waters around Venezuela, that's another description of indiscriminate killing... Totally illegal.
The Pentagon officials, in a classified briefing, acknowledged they don’t know the identities of the people they’re killing and can’t meet the evidentiary burden to prosecute survivors.
