My organization and I are trying set this up but the language is advanced for us, with ASL being our first language. Google Help was no help at all.

Food for thought!
Gentle reminder: I am seeing more "I cannot afford pet food" posts & if you might face this in the near future/now, I recommend checking your local area's subreddit and posting if anyone knows of local programs for pet food. Many areas have small under-the-radar charities that give out pet food.
