Nekas šajā stāstā nav normāli. Ne tas, ka ārsts ar kriminālprocesu var pieņemt pacientus; ne tas, ka VM šķiet - cilvēkiem pašiem jāiet reģistrā meklēt, vai viņu ārsts nav kreiss; ne tas, ka LĀB uzskata - potenciāliem upuriem jānāk visu vēlreiz pārstāstīt viņiem, ar iesniegumu VI nepietiek.
