More clarification on what happened for the folks here!

Hi, folks! Apologies for the late (and bad) news. Oddly, my printer worked a week and stopped entirely. I’ve put over 30 hours of arguing with customer support over the last few weeks, and it’s gotten me nowhere. I’ve also been told I can’t get a refund on it.

Thanks for all the support! Almost 100 followers in a week is crazy! Still dealing with poorly timed machine issues, waiting for a few parts to come in before I can work on more orders! Hopefully getting all of that out of the way now will mean smooth sailing later.

Quick production notice: any samples or orders placed in the next couple of days may be slightly delayed. Sometimes new machinery is finicky! Having some parts replaced that didn’t fare well in transit.
