Is OFCCP dead? This is remarkable
BREAKING: In a new executive order sent out by the White House, Donald Trump has revoked the federal contractor nondiscrimination executive order, EO 11246, that was signed by Lyndon Johnson in 1965 and has protected employees of businesses seeking federal contracts from discrimination ever since.

The turnover this year in Title IX offices is remarkably high

The VMI case had nothing to do with Title IX - it was an Equal Protection case. ED also had nothing to do with the VMI case.
Wild stumbling across this pic of Nancy Mace from her Instagram, considering Title IX loses its enforcing body when her leader dismantles the Department of Education in a few months...

Can I make the fairly obvious points that: (1) the Dept of Education does very little, in fact, to enforce Title IX; (2) which is why there is a private right of action (which is where most actual enforcement comes from); and (3) DOJ (among others) can and does enforce Title IX?
Last session, a few of my Republican colleagues justified attacks on Trans kids by saying they wanted to protect Title IX - a federal law meant to promote gender equality.

Now, Donald Trump plans to eliminate the Dept of Education which - you guessed it - enforces Title IX.
