Scammers often forge Big 5 publisher docs as part of their effort to get writers to part with $$. Here's how scammer Impact Press Media (dba multiple other names) tried to get one writer to pay $4000. (Name on the invoice is the real name of sales rep posing as agent "Alex Weiss") #WriterBeware

If you get a tonne of warnings for stuff, I just learned (thanks to @skyekilaen.bsky.social) that you can adjust your preferences in your Settings. 👍 Just toggle the Enable Adult Content at the top and it gives you three options (Hide, Warn, or Show.)

The new HIGHLY INVASIVE ad monitoring & selling framework is now live in Google Chrome & it's ON by default, so you MUST EXPLICITLY OPT OUT. We all know this is bad, but here's how to do it:
