Last year, thieves stole bonsai trees from Lake Merritt. A few weeks ago, Morcom Rose Garden got trashed when people ripped out the plants. Now I'm hearing that the rocks at Peralta Hacienda keep getting yoinked. Who is stealing rocks?!
