I'm proud to say a majority of this bag is construction from reclaimed fabric found at a local thrift store. I love the random patterns I get to use finding fabric this way, and helping create less potential waste in our systems. Grab this bag today at dustychair.etsy.com

With most things, and especially my bags, I like to select a lot of bold and contrasting color and pattern combinations. I want to create a sense of excitement and movement with what I create, and never be boring. Free shipping on all domestic orders! dustychair.etsy.com

Yes, I know we're going into summer, but I still wanted to let you know I've put an assortment of beanies up in my shop anyway. dustychair.etsy.com

Got to take one of my bags for a real world test, and it worked out great! Comfortable to carry and big enough for two people.

Keep watching here for when I added them to my Etsy shop!

These fabrics I thrifted from our local Salvation Army and they work together great. I'm really going for strong contrast between the inside and outside fabrics in pattern and/or color. Watch my page to find out when these will be added to my Etsy shop!

The biggest hurdle I have in constructing these new bags is working with the zipper. I don't have a lot of experience with them, but I'm getting the hang of it. Hopefully will have some for sale in my Etsy shop soon!

Finished the first prototype pf my new duffle bag pattern. It came out pretty good, with only a couple wonky bits, but learning about those wonky parts and how to correct them is why we make prototypes isn't it? Excited to start making some that I can put into my Etsy store!
