A journey from the West Country to London, the slower but arguably the more comfortable way, with South Western Railway to Waterloo this afternoon.
With notification of the line reopening last night I thought I'd have another go at the Heart of Wales line today.
Managed to visit Sugar Loaf today, Planned to stop off at a few more towns but there's a raft of cancellations and service updates on services for the rest of the day.

Made an attempt to try and visit the Heart of Wales line today.
With the 09:09 service being cancelled I decided to take the bus up to Ammanford to catch the next southbound service, which as well as the 1138 northbound from Swansea was also cancelled! I will have to attempt another day.
