Jonathan Hinder doing his absolute best to make Labour an anti-LGBTQ+ Party. The fact that Labour is okay with this nonsense demonstrates how little we can trust them to defend trans people's dignity. Something they claimed they would do in their manifesto.

Bob Vylan has been hitting it out of the park for years. Must-listen songs are We Live Here, GDP, Health is Wealth, and He's a Man
365 Days of DIY pt 2

DAY 181: Bob Vylan

Until yesterday I had never heard of Bob Vylan, so I had to do some research. Not only is his music incredible, and his message real AF, but homie also does it ONE HUNDRED PERCENT DIY. What a freaking badass. Huge ups and I’m a new fan.

It was amazing to be a part of this, even if my MP didn't take the time to attend, nor even send a staffer to chat to me.

I have heard a rumour that you plan to adhere to the EHRC's interim guidance that they posted after the recent Supreme Court decision. Is this true?

Today I've written to Bridget Phillipson to ask for clarity on how the government will ensure trans people's rights in the wake of the recent Supreme Court ruling and EHRC guidance. At a moment of extreme worry and distress for the trans community, govt must step up and give assurances.

With the UK Parliament reportedly considering a longer-term ban on puberty blockers, here is the evidence against the ban I provided to the UK Government and Commission on Human Medicines.

I have no doubt that Parliament will ignore that evidence today. But this is a long fight we intend to win.
Puberty blocker consultation: my response
In early September I recieved an email from the Department for Health and Social Care, inviting me to participate in a closed consultation on the Labour government’s proposed extension of the…

I am shaking. I am relieved. I am devastated. I am furious. I am bereft.

The puberty blocker ban is a death sentence for some
particularly vulnerable trans youth. It is unconscionable.

When will the people with the power to help sit up and listen?

It’s a scandal. A cover up. A crime. I’m so sad.

I've had a song that I wrote in 2014. I wrote it with the intent of having a masc/femme duet vocals on it, but never ended up finding vocalists for it, so released it in 2020 as an instrumental. Now that I'm on this place, I wonder if I can find vocalists. open.spotify.com/album/3wTVYU... #musicians

One of the things I think people don't understand is that you only need 2% of people to be actively committed anti trans people to wildly outnumber, outpace and out power 1% who are trans if the other 97% are ambivalent.

Ambivalence about human rights is a problem.

Bethany Hutchison, one of the nurses, said that she hoped their “commonsense” proposals would set a “precedent for all public services and workplaces in the UK”.
