Such a gorgeous day today- only 11 of us so was really able to talk about the thorny bits, the layers of the work, the more nuanced areas. These thinking spaces post training where we can reflect and just chat with no agenda or slides are often my fave and so meaningful

A recurring theme in recent thinking spaces, supervision, & my support of research projects has been the role of joy, embodied wisdom, healing, hope, creativity, fun, & play. Not in a way that denies pain or complexity, but that honours balance & the both/and.

Due to my health, my back, writing my next book, & work schedule I haven’t been back in my art studio for months (have taught some friends but not my own). So i was delighted to be back in there this morning getting into my flow zone. Love it! Work in progress. #enrichedtexturebykiki
