Did you know that there are different types of vegans? Yes! Not all vegans eat the same thing! Some are more strict with what they eat! I would rather focus on eating a whole food-based diet than eat "dirty" vegan.

I am not vegan or vegetarian. My diet is more of a plant-based diet with lots of whole foods. Rarely do I consume processed foods (from a package). Not vegan, but as healthy as possible without being extreme.
