Seems we're seeing revaluing of tech firms writ large. No? Just checked MSFT and CSCO, which seemed largely irrelevant to AI or only tangential. Down big. Look at other big Dow stonks? Not so much. Valuation matters. PEs matter.

Just a small thought. Trump 1.0 was obscured by Covid. No one really got to see what he was like. Yes, he bungled Covid dramatically, but much of his base was in shock b/c of the epidemic. Now, they're seeing the full on corruption, racism, and embrace of the wealthy over the poor.

Watching a conman dissemble in old age is never pretty, I'm guessing. The edge is dull; timing is off; it takes more and more outlandish claims to keep a con going. People realize you're old and wonder why you aren't just enjoying retirement. Same with a narcissist, I'm guessing.

My law firm is currently litigating 13 redistricting cases and an additional 50 voting and election cases. 63 lawsuits and those numbers are growing. While this is a lot for a firm with fewer than 60 lawyers, I am proud that we helping to defend free and fair elections and democracy in court.🗳️⚖️💪
