Evaporating dairy free creamer to make a pumpkin pie my family member, who can't eat cow dairy, can enjoy. She can eat goat and sheep milk, but the flavor of goat milk is too pronounced for this application. And that is kabocha squash in the background. My favorite squash for "pumpkin" pie.

I wonder whether or not people who are comfortable making phone calls realize how much of a barrier expecting people to make phone calls to get business done is to those of us for whom phone calls are anxious torture? (1/2)
