Going into a new game blind is perfectly fine, but at some point in your play time you have to learn the actual rules. Too many people bounce right off of ttrpgs because they refuse to do that and expect the GM to do everything for them while they just sit on their ass.

Idiot brought a sharpened wall-hanger of a sword to a Halloween party and didn't even have the good sense to secure it beyond wrapping it in an old sweatshirt and hoping for the best.
The only other tale I know of this "knight" is how long he can act like an unwashed dick over a lost game.

Honestly, I don't get Volt players in Warframe. Speed being a team buff actually makes it less useful than if it were a self buff, because the only use case in which casting it isn't borderline griefing is when the entire team has some distant objective to get to.

Hopefully, rescheduling my public Lancer campaign (Solstice Rain into Winter Scar) for a different day and time will net enough people actually showing up that I can run the goddamned game.

The Last Bloodcarver + His Mortal Demise is probably the best thing I've read so far this year. The flagship felt just a little rushed at times (or maybe I'm too used to a slower burn), but Vanessa Le's world and characters were too intriguing to put down until all was said and done.

Every weekend, I go down to my LGS with everything I need to run a public Lancer campaign.
I haven't actually been able to start that campaign yet, because too many people are afraid of trying something that isn't 5e, but I am slowly accruing players.

I'll buy almost any game if 2B makes a guest appearance, but Granblue Fantasy Versus Rising did a better job of including her than Soulcalibur 6 did.
Admittedly, I also think that Granblue is a flat-out better game, but Soulcalibur even managed to ruin City Ruins somehow.

After so long having my entire fb feed sent to the Shadow Realm any time I click on something, it feels a little weird to not be having that problem here.
