My most recent peer reviewed paper was with Scott Sparrow and looked at mystical light in dreams - and what happens BEFORE the light shows up. n=1, case study. Y’all, it’s amazing. The light shows up after giving up a projection, facing fears, making room for the unknown and making peace.

Things are beyond intense out there. A lot of people are wondering how to build community, plug in, and make change. Not everyone is extroverted and comfortable being in crowds or talking on the phone or video, which are traditional modes of activism.

I'm delighted by the mainstreaming of lucid dreaming and astral projection, but there’s a bump on the onramp to transcendence. I’m talking about how so many would-be lucid dreamers and out-of-body practitioners get trapped like flies in the web of sleep paralysis. dreamstudies.org/sleep-paraly...
