In hot summer months, keep your handmade miso in a cool, dark place 🌿☀️. If the temperature rises above 35°C (95°F), it's best to store it in the fridge or vegetable compartment 🧊.
The ideal fermentation temperature for miso is around 28–30°C (82–86°F)💛
