I have lost 21 lbs over the last two months. Cranked up my activity, returned to a pescatarian diet and cut back on the things I love most i.e. candy, ice cream and BREAD. It is hard but necessary. Shooting for another 15. 🤞🏾

So #Baltimore there was a huge charcoal gray F-150 truck with Florida tags idling outside the Lake Montebello walking track & the driver appeared to be taking notes or texting or something which normally wouldn’t be weird but these aren’t normal times. I wasnt the only one that did a double take.
