Doris, a Hong Kong immigrant, has over 20 years of community service. She co-founded Stand with Asians Coalition against anti-Asian racism. With two master’s degrees, she now manages MP Peter Julian’s offices and provides political & legislative advice.
Newcomers contribute so much to Canada—imagine their impact if they could further their education. At the 2025 @mosaicbc.bsky.social Awards, I met two bursary recipients now able to pursue their dreams of becoming a doctor and a nurse. Thank you, MOSAIC!
