ADHD doesn't tend to travel alone.

People with ADHD are more likely to have other conditions than non-ADHD'ers, including depression, anxiety, other neurodevelopmental conditions like autism or epilepsy, or amongst other conditions.

If sharing about our journeys / experiences can help in the battle to reduce stigma for people battling Addiction in any form, then we simply must.
