Went for a long walk with Katie today for a post-birthday hang out. So tired but I'm just happy to have done so without back pain, etc. Been avoiding refined flour/sugar and it's made such a difference in my energy levels.

I will add that I recall reading some seed oils are better than others in terms of nutrition and fats.
