we could have kept Dinosaur (rethemed to Australia) and made Dinoland an Oceania land with a Moana area, Crush's Coaster, and a permanent Bluey experience.

"bluey doesnt fit animal kingdom" says the people who are excited for *checks notes* Encanto and Indiana Jones.

at least bluey is an animal.

they really should have put Bluey at DHS, a park that needs more family things to do and is already incredibly popular.

Nobody is going to decide to go to Animal Kingdom (and then take the long journey to Conservation Station) to play Bluey games.
bluey going to conservation station is what happens when you don't care about the guest experience and overall picture, and just want to revitalize an area cheaply.

The Disneyland Candlelight Processional is still one of the weirdest things the company does. I understand tradition, but you are creating a logistical mess during one of the busiest times of year, and 99% of park guests can't even watch it. It's especially weird since the Hyperion has been dormant.

While we are all on the wicked bandwagon, may i present my pitch for a Wicked-themed land replacing The Lost Continent, as well as some backstage space. Recreating some themed areas from the movie (and Oz universe in general), as well as featuring shopping, dining, shows and 2 attractions.

"don't make unnecessary wicked sequels" i feel people are really unaware that there are 8 wicked books. The musical is only an adaptation of parts of books 1 & 3. And while big chunks of the books are unusable bc of changes made for the movie/show, there's still much more in the Universe to explore

the people upset that the mcdonalds disneyland 70 happy meal toys dont feature any disneyland characters makes me laugh. what kid wants a drunk pirate, or jungle cruise skipper, or big thunder goat happy meal toy? Maybe a Matterhorn Yeti...

I truly believe the next decade is going to be the Disney Park's strongest we've seen since the 90s. Yeah, it's a lot of IP, but it's a lot of big investments with new ride systems and risk-taking. It's really exciting. The only new ride system we got since the early 2000s has been Shanghai Pirates.
people don't give D'Amaro the credit when he does good stuff, and it's exciting to see Disney innovating and trying new things for the first time in over a decade.
We suffered through the low-budget, low creative risk Chapek era, its nice to see stuff like this even if it doesnt come to fruition.
Disney is testing aquatic robotics, and we think it's for the new "Avatar" land coming to California Adventure. The land will be based on 2022’s “Avatar: The Way of Water” and 2025’s “Avatar: Fire and Ash,” which have a huge focus on the sea.

how come everyone and their mother was talking about the blue dragons show building at Epic Universe that you can see from 5% of the park pathways, yet no Disney adults are complaining about the Disney Adventure World sightlines? No trees will cover these unthemed (and non-disney) buildings.

the home alone the musical segment in jonas christmas movie i think was supposed to be a joke like "how ridiculous would a home alone musical be" but now everything is for some reason a musical and people just assumed home alone the musical existed.

a disney conspiracy theory i wholeheartedly agree with is that wish was made using AI.

there's not one Disney or Univeral project currently in the works that i feel isn't going improve the area it's replacing/going into.

this includes muppets, dinoland and rivers of america.

i would be much more onboard with zootopia 2 if they weren't cowards and called it the proper zootwopia.

how is the 6:30am wicked showing at my movie theater sold out.

every Disneyland after Dark event including multiple live entertainment offerings proves that Disney KNOWS people want/love live entertainment in the park, and they KNOW that they can put it behind a paywall.

All these events are is a bunch of live entertainment, and food/merch.

Isle of Berk to me is the land that makes Disney look bad.

Why doesnt Pandora have animatronic banshees or animals in the bushes? Why doesnt Galaxy's Edge have spaceships flying? or any kinetics? Why don't any lands have walk-around atmosphere characters anymore?

i just spent $21 for a wicked for good movie ticket.

🙃and people wonder why movie theater going is dying.
