Yes, if you are wondering, this does bear some similarities to yesterday's lawsuit brought in DC that I mentioned here, including Lambda Legal's presence as counsel. (Yesterday's suit also included NAACP LDF and Covington & Burling as counsel.)

Note there's a hearing tomorrow in federal court where families and doctors are requesting an injunction against the order itself. Should they win a bench ruling, providers can continue to offer care without risks to their funding as soon as tomorrow.
