Pete Hegseth stripped Harvey Milk’s name from a Navy ship and ordered reviews of ships named for Harriet Tubman, Cesar Chavez, and Ruth Bader Ginsburg. All were proudly built by our San Diego shipbuilders. This is about political retaliation, not patriotic service. Hegseth’s conduct is disgraceful.

It is a true that for now the Democrats are handcuffed. What they need to do is close down all legislation, public demonstrations outside of Washington DC. Show up in Red districts and make the case. Channel your inner Bernie. I like this Senator but he needs to attack more.
