The stupid thing to me is that junior devs are an investment. You don’t hire junior devs for their ability to build software now, but for their potential to do so down the line.
AI replacing junior developers gets this completely backwards. Setting money on fire to set yourself up to fail.

the really stupid part is that the junior and entry-level devs are the cheapest ones, a company full of aging, experienced, senior level professionals *whom you cannot afford to lose* is way, way more expensive to maintain

@snopes.com ran the numbers and calculated that a child would need to eat 9000 cookies in 1 day to attain toxic levels of these metals. It will not surprise you to know that the group...
