Fredericton Youtuber Shana Boudreau is working on making some of the pre-1800 recipes in the Early Modern Maritime Recipes Database (a project by Edith Snook (UNB), Lyn Bennett (Dal), their team of research assistants, and UNB Libraries). These are the oldest recipes she’s tried so far!
