A thing you're not seeing if you haven't checked Twitter in the last week is all the political betting markets (Polymarket, Kalshi) are actively caping for Cuomo and spreading Zohran conspiracies on there. Usually this would be a cause for some sort of regulatory oversight but that no longer exists.

I haven't read the indictment, but I assume it's related to him handing trump the presidency in 2016 when he publicly talked about Hillary bring under investigation but not trump, who also was.
