Recently determined that most of my time is spent doing: work, sleep (so much), drink, scroll, video games BUT any time I do something that's not one of these things I feel better. Things I did this weekend that were not those: cleaned bathroom, a lil crafting, went to 2 gatherings despite anxiety.
