UPMC could use all of the money they siphon off the community to fight this. Honestly, I question why they aren't fighting the release of sensitive PHI which is HIPAA protected and would usually require a court order *not* a subpoena. Unless this is a grand jury subpoena, UPMC should be fighting .

#Trans folks in the US who are reapplying for their passport to be fixed. Don't bother. Just had an emergency appointment today (I travel on the 30th) and they cannot issue me a corrected #passport. All decisions regarding this 'issue' are on hold until they receive guidance from the head office.

Always be cynical towards media. Everything has a purpose. Beware esp if it 100% agrees with your existing beliefs or makes you feel intense emotion. All media has bias and has intention, but can be useful if you think critically and evaluate w these things in mind.
Nomatter what your opinion is on media, it’s important you make it yourself. I’ve stopped watching video essays because the bias on display dictates opinion. A lot of channels steal points they didn’t create themselves or follow negative opinion because it’s the accepted or better financial option.

My family of origin didn't follow typical gender roles. My dad was the caretaker and his view of masculinity has always been one I wholeheartedly support. "Real" men don't blame others, lie, cheat, steal, etc. They also aren't afraid to be themselves bc someone else might pass judgement on them.
Of course, most of the people I know who embodied the "masculine" ideals I mentioned have been women, but certainly none of them are conservative men, who seem totally adrift in whining, self-pity, and blaming others.

Let's just make threads to roast the bibliography. Like the 2023 Bailey & Diaz paper that was retracted because they didn't bother to get consent for the data of research subjects to be used. Don't even get me started on 404 Not Found. A 7th grader with citation machine could do better.
Lol. They released their 400 page US version of the Cass Review and refused to even name who the authors were. It's a glorified book report.
