Bishop Pete preached on John 17, with members of the church family sharing testimonies of becoming part of the congregation.

Currently on a train from Sheffield that feels like a personal time travel experience, from my current life and ministry, through previous places I have been in ministry or lived, from York to Durham. Not sure what age I will feel when I depart the train.

Clergy gather together for what is called Chapter meetings. Today, for the first time in ages, my health allowed me to attend. What a joy it was!! We laughed so much and did business. If you were in any doubt @sheffdio.org and Rotherham Deanery is a great place to be!

On a rare Sunday off I took the opportunity to worship some Methodist brothers and sisters and worship with @bjlfearn.bsky.social in his church, cheering him on as he played the organ. If you look closely you may spot him.
