Chatbots — LLMs — do not know facts and are not designed to be able to accurately answer factual questions. They are designed to find and mimic patterns of words, probabilistically. When they’re “right” it’s because correct things are often written down, so those patterns are frequent. That’s all.

Finally saw Weapons, liked it a lot, noticing some interesting thematic trends in horror stories these days but don’t wanna spoil the movie for anybody, definitely an interesting rabbit hole for me to look into

Agree with this approach but also want to see Canada focus on being a “fair” and reasonable trade partner which does potentially mean competition in areas like supermarkets, finance and not just monolithic infinite borderline monopolies everywhere , that’s me Friday rant done 😁
