A kanban system of admittance passes could address the immediate problem. Negotiate with staff the manageable level of people in the musuem at any one time, issue that number of passes at the entrance. Visitors return the passes when they exit allowing new patrons in.

White collar crime destroys the lives of far more more people than blue collar or street crime. Abuses by those in power can change the course of nations and history. Lack of oversight of cryptocurrency is going to enable more Trump grifting and damage the lives of millions.
