Final Update on Hermie: Hermie has a swollen/irritated chin due to an infection that the vet couldn't find a cause for; no bites from bugs or marks from him fighting his own lip.

Vet gave him some pain meds and antibiotics for us to give him as well as some fluids since he wouldn't eat/drink

Poor guy doesn't want ANYTHING to do with the vet

my baby boy Hermie is going to the ER. Poor guy has done nothing but sleep and chirp for two days (no eating) this is the opposite of normal behavior for him.

I haven't been this scared for a pet in a long time, kind words or support appreciated while i'm trying not to bawl in the waiting room

If I could have a day off without another "historic" storm that would be nice this is like the 3rd time in a row
