Honestly, with Musk trying to run the US government and other governments, I do not see how he has time to manage any of his companies… though I suspect that others do this for him and are responsible for their success (except for Twitter/X, which he is running into the ground).

I found that the best way to build a business is to build a relationship with your customers ask how they are doing, how are the kids , how did their dad’s surgery go, show interest in them and mean it because they know what they want
