What a good read, to say I’m looking forward to reading the next installment already would be to gloss over all the wisdom contained within this one but to boil it down just to my take would be too reductionist.
Hey everyone, new post here on the diagnostic power of crises and the need to try different things. Keen to hear your thoughts.

Stumbled across Mori Yuzan’s wave design series via the internet archive - this link works on mobile theartofzen.org/mori-yuzan-a... which resonated really deeply. Beautiful.

I have written a second essay on what it means to govern in a time of radical uncertainty, and the ability to respond to and cope with crises.

This blog post is a messy, imperfect, and personal reflection. I am sharing it nevertheless.

Thinking way too much about this.

What size is the store? can I get a planet earth size piece to fall the Vogons, what if it came as a square shape would the Vogons still be fooled, and why am I talking to a dog.
There’s a foam store up the road from our house which promises foam in “any size *or* shape”. I think about this often.

Pondering about what my recipe for creativity is
1. Save energy for it
2. Look back at past projects
3. Let it happen any where
4. Be open
5. Be prepared

Just two more sleeps until the wonderful organisers and volunteers of @ukgovcamp.bsky.social open the doors to #UKGC25.

Almost 15 years ago I invested a small amount in a somewhat fanciful project to create a train service run by a co-operative. All these years later the ORR has finally given Go-Op permission to run an actual service. They just need to raise the capital to make it happen. go-op.coop
