As an Idaho alum and someone born and raised in the state this offends me to my core. For one thing, Moscow is nowhere near Idaho’s potatoes and UofI has no potato tie-ins. Second, Idahoans accepted “famous potatoes” license plates with the understanding that THAT WAS IT with the potato shit
