This is true of EVERY ISSUE the Irish government faces - housing, health, the Gaza genocide, climate.
They say one thing, and do ... nothing.
Absolutely nothing about any of them.
There is an enormous gap between what the Irish government says it will do on climate, and what it is actually getting done. There is an even bigger gap between what it says it’ll do and what science says needs to be done.

This is absolutely horrifying. What justification could they possibly give for strip-searching those women? This is intimidation. This is punishment by sexual assault.

An Apology.

Earlier today we caused some upset by claiming that Bono's US Presidential Medal of Freedom is for services to Israel and Tax Avoidance.

We apologise to those affected. There was of course no excuse for failing to mention that the medal is also for being a Tory.
