Small actions. Today I stopped supporting companies that backed off from DEI programming & replaced everything I normally buy from Amazon, Target, Lowe’s and Brown-Forman’s with companies that continue to lead well like Costco, Thrive Market, Grove and Sprouts Farmers Market.

An exec order by a bully in the White House does not and cannot remove your existence. It cannot reduce you or diminish how wonderful you are. ❤️🏳️⚧️
