Yesterday, I made my first loaf of rustic Italian bread and southern(United States) skillet cornbread. Both were a big hit. I personally felt like my cornbread could have been better flavor wise. I did get the texture I wanted. #bread #positivity

I'm not in good head space. I don't like my primary job. There's an ongoing fascist takeover of the country I live in, and I don't have the means to escape. Part of me wants to fight, but the other says, is it worth fighting for?
