Just emailed my senators. I imagine they’ll still vote to confirm RFK Jr, but we all must do our best to make our voices heard. They work for us! Remind them. (ResistBot is a great way to do this.)

Be strategic. Seek joy. Laugh (even if your humor is on the dark side right now). Understand their tactics. Take at least 1 action daily for the people/causes that are dear to you. Your passion is infectious. Harness your energy. Don’t be depleted by the sheer volume of distressing news. 💙
