As somebody who occasionally smokes, but usually vapes respectfully...San Diego's smoking/vaping laws make me want to never visit that city. Like I get within a certain footage around doors. But like if I'm in a parking lot 30' from nearest person? Come on

So, I smoke cigarettes. Not a lot. But I do smoke. I have to go to California (San Diego) in April. So I was like "Let me check the smoking laws there" because I do try to be very considerate (I don't stand next to anybody, I ask anybody within 20' of me if it is okay.) and..Holy shit

So I write my representatives once a week, I also call them. I support my friends who protest. I'm just sad because 1: I feel like I could probably do more but am looking for options and 2: I don't think just protests are going to cut it this time.
