net is 730 today my cycle ends tmr so i will finally weigh again sunday, im drinking tmr so that means absolutely no food. gonna convince my friends that i already ate they usually get worried but alcohol within itself is so many cals and if i gain i will cry.

eternal nye is in a month and i need to lose 10lbs ASAP, after today i need to trigger my honeymoon phase literally no more than 500 on the weekdays and then 800 on the weekends, with my new job i can fast most of the day till im off then repeat.
