As busy as we've been keeping up with and ahead of the traitor occupying the Oval Office I almost forgot today is my Dad's Birthday. 101 years ago in 1924. He is to whom I refer in my account name "dadwasantifascist". He spent much of his 5 years service in the 82nd Airborne in Italy and Germany.

Stephen Harper pushed the Liberal govt to allow Canadian banks to follow US banks in their sub-prime mortgage fiasco but Liberals refused. Fortunately Harper didn't have time to change this before the crash. Carney played a positive role & was praised by Harper/Flaherty. #cdnpoli
