The remaining -200 coal plants in USA produce a total net summer capacity of 189 gigawatts.
Last year, US solar firms produced 27 gigawatts of panels, and we imported around 60 gigawatts.
If status quo continues, we're within 3 to 5 years of replacing last remaining coal plants.
