Finally under 200lbs- 199.2 as of this morning.

9/15/24 I weighed 230lbs, yesterday (3/3/25) I was 213lbs. 17lbs down over 7 months. I realize people lose weight faster, but for me, that's really good. Can't wait to finally be in the 190s 🤩

Tried the elliptical at the gym today, much harder than the treadmill (for me anyways).

I made it to the gym again yesterday. 1.5 miles is my new pb for walking, and I did 3 sets 5x reps of shoulder presses at 30lbs. Not a lot to a lot of people. But it's more than I did the day before.
