The average SNAP benefit per month is $177 a person.

The average ACA benefit per month is up to $550 a person.

People want us to hold the line for a reason. This is not a matter of appealing to a base. It’s about people’s lives.

And working people want leaders whose word means something to them.

@aoc at the rally for Mamdani Sunday in NYC.

“This city was built by the Irish escaping famine, Italians fleeing fascism, Black Americans fleeing slavery and Jim Crow, Latinos seeking a better life, Native people standing for themselves, Asian Americans coming together…”

So good!! 🔥

Hey y'all!

I have completed the first two drafts of my WIP sci fi novel "God Machine" first draft was 80k and my second draft came out to be 136k. Haven't started draft 3 yet.

Currently writing an unrelated sci fi novella. I'm debating on Fleshbound or Threnna 🤔

oh just straight up gutter racism!
So here's Andrew Cuomo reacting to Maria Bartiromo wondering if Mamdani will "change the look of New York" and have Muslim women "completely covered up," telling her that Mamdani "doesn't understand New York culture" because he has "dual citizenship" and "he's a citizen of Uganda."

How anyone can consider Maher of the left is beyond me. Dude's bigotry against Arabs is truly disgusting. Probably thinks Israel is right to commit a genocide against Palestinians in Gaza

In so many ways, the vibrancy of our city can be judged by the health of our bodegas.

That’s why I’m so proud to be in the Bronx this morning to accept the endorsement of the United Bodegas of America.

I'm intrigued and baffled by the "we should be nice to Trump supporters so we can win them over" leftists.

The Holocaust didn't happen because people weren't nice enough to Nazis. It happened because they weren't made to feel shitty and ashamed ENOUGH, and no one stopped them.

For fucks sake: it's NOT a war. It's a GENOCIDE.

This afternoon, I sat with Palestinian New Yorkers in Astoria and listened to what they and their families have endured as the genocide in Gaza continues, funded by our government.

In the face of immeasurable grief, they have showed unbreakable resilience.

I'm about 85% or more through God Machine (D2) I technically started it at the beginning of the year but I wasn't really writing that much maybe a chapter once a month. By around May is when I really started writing imo.

Long story short, my second draft is probably the best writing I've ever done

📚 BOOK DESIGN DEEP DIVE 📚
Another cover that I designed for my friend @frasierarmitage.bsky.social, for his awesome sci-fi novel Time’s Ellipse. This one incorporated a lot of mirrored elements, playing into the time-bending nature of the story.

Here are some things that Charlie Kirk said in his life.

The man is dead, and so it only seems fair to share his legacy by cataloguing the values he spread while alive.
