As adults, it's easy to get caught up in our daily routines, but this week Nathan and I made a conscious effort to prioritize joy. This week we carved out time to watch the sunrise with friends amidst the chaos of work, parenting, and house projects.

Recently I was visiting a friend in South Carolina. Each room had a bookcase packed with books on animal behavior, psychology, and philosophy, all with contrasting perspectives. It’s a reminder to me that what we read often says a lot about how we view the world.
